Americans like the comfort that a rich nation, like the USA, can bring them. We don’t like to push ourselves. We like to rest in our weakness because we don’t want to be uncomfortable.  We have Americanized Christianity.  We have told God that we will follow Him as long as we are comfortable.  What does that look like and how does that apply to our personal lives?
