Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to common questions about orders, shipping, pickup, returns, refunds, preorders, and Sandy Creek Stirrings Press products.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to request a refund?

Refund requests must be made within one week after the order arrives at your home. Refund requests submitted after that one-week window will be denied.

What condition must the item be in for a return?

Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Books should not be written in, bent, torn, stained, or damaged. Items returned in unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item arrives damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and help determine the next step.

Are digital items refundable?

Digital items, downloads, and electronically delivered products are generally not refundable once they have been accessed or delivered.

Shipping & Processing

How long does it take for an order to ship?

In-stock items are prepared as promptly as possible. Shipping time will depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

How long do preorders or backorders take?

Any preorders or backorders have a 2–3 week processing lead time. This processing window does not include shipping time.

What does “In Person Pickup” mean?

Select “In Person Pickup” if you would like to pick up your order at Victory Springs Independent Baptist Church. After your purchase, Dr. Gimenez will reach out to you to arrange a pickup time.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Do processing times include weekends or church event days?

Processing times may be affected by weekends, holidays, church events, travel, or ministry schedule needs. We will do our best to communicate clearly if there is a delay.

Orders & Payment

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once checkout is completed and payment has been successfully processed. You should receive an order confirmation using the email address provided at checkout.

Can I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled according to the return policy.

What if I ordered the wrong item?

Please contact us quickly. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to correct it. If it has already shipped, the item may need to be returned in new, unused condition before a refund or replacement can be considered.

Books & Products

Are your books written from a biblical perspective?

Yes. Sandy Creek Stirrings Press exists to produce clear, useful, Bible-centered resources. Our materials are written with a desire to strengthen homes, churches, young people, and servants of the Lord.

Are preorder dates guaranteed?

Preorder timelines are estimates. Printing, shipping, production, or ministry schedule delays may occasionally affect availability. We will do our best to fulfill preorders as quickly and faithfully as possible.

Can churches place larger orders?

Churches interested in larger orders may contact us before ordering. Depending on inventory and the title requested, we may be able to help with quantity needs or timing.
